Dear friends and partners,
As you are no doubt acutely aware, the World Health Organisation has declared the COVID-19 virus a global pandemic and governments worldwide are taking action daily, to adapt to a constantly changing situation which impacts us all.
Now is the time for us to prioritise the health and well-being of our co-workers and our wider communities- a time to focus on the bigger picture, despite immediate business challenges.
At Ikano Insight here in London we have taken the decision that we will work from home for the foreseeable future. Our international team are aligned with our approach in London and following government and expert advice in their countries.
I have great pride in the way that the Ikano Insight team is handling this difficult situation. I know that each and every one of the team will do their utmost to support you and your business; we’ll create new opportunities to collaborate and solve rapidly changing and complex problems, together.
I want to thank our team, our partners and colleagues across Ikano, for the amazing and inspiring way they have taken on this challenge. I have seen great examples of people truly living our Ikano values; focusing on simplicity, finding better ways and togetherness.
Our thoughts are with all the people around the world directly affected by the virus and their loved ones, as well as the healthcare providers and others who are working so hard to protect us all.
This change to our way of working and way of life won’t last forever, in the meantime, let’s take the time to care for the most important people in our lives, stay connected in our communities and look out for those that need us most.
