Bales Case StudyOur challenge:

Bales wanted to increase sales of their bespoke, individual holidays. As the provider of a fully integrated agency service, Quant was tasked with significantly increasing brochure requests.

How we seized the data:

To us, traveller data held the key. Or more specifically, the data held on each person who enquired about a destination or holiday. By analysing which brochures they had ordered in the past, recognising their holiday preferences and taking account of which web pages they had visited, we were able to target relevant holiday offers to each individual customer.


By creating highly personalised online and offline multi-channel communications, we generated a 50% increase in response rates for new brochure requests.
