Our culture

Ikano Insight has a unique spirit

Our Scandinavian heritage and values run deep throughout the company

Our values and promise

Our group-wide Ikano values are driven directly from our heritage, powering our motivation to create value for our clients, and underpinning the way we approach everything we do for you.

Common sense and simplicity: Understanding the needs of our clients and finding ways to improve their business performance

Working together: We surround ourselves with people of different strengths and specialisations, who can make a difference

Daring to be different: We challenge accepted patterns and constantly ask ‘why’ to find better ways to improve our client’s business, and to improve their everyday working lives

On fair terms: We constantly review our solutions and ways of working, because in business we seek long-lasting relationships

Our diverse, friendly and energetic environment encourages teamwork: by working together everyone achieves more.

Regular company get togethers enable us to strengthen our team spirit and stay connected, wherever we are in the world.

Co-workers are encouraged to share ideas and solve complex problems, our innovator-led culture brings out the best ideas in everyone.

Our high performing culture means our people are empowered to test and learn, to challenge the status quo and dare to be different.

Ikano Culture and Leadership training is held once a year in Älmhult and Bölso. Key leaders and managers spend time together being inspired, learning about our culture, values and sharing ideas across Ikano businesses.

Our London office is in The Leather Market in Bermondsey, a fast growing creative district.

We selected our workspace for its dynamic yet calm environment and its sustainable credentials.

Our team enjoy the use of bike storage, showers, plants to create ‘better air quality’ and a shared coffee lounge for fuelling up with healthy snacks, smoothies and great coffee.

It’s dog-friendly too… what’s not to love!

Health & wellbeing

‘Health week’ is a fantastic initiative organised by Ikano Group that’s designed to encourage people to be more active. By logging their sporting or outdoor activities for the week, co-workers can raise money for amazing causes and improve their wellbeing at the same time.

Together with the rest of the Ikano Group companies we raise over Euro 100k every year. Some of the charities that we have helped include:

Hogar y Futuro in Mexico
Mos Youth Center in Krajenka
Ikano Bostad’s Ikano Academy
Mechai Bamboo School in Thailand
Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People in the UK

All Ikano Insight co-workers also have access to a subsidy which can be used towards health or wellness activities to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
