Working with our client, we have created a ‘Multi-channel Kitchen Purchase Journey’ which using online and offline data helps to identify potential buyers early in the consideration journey to preemptively help drive Kitchen sales. Upon purchase the customer enters a post purchase journey which helps to measure customer satisfaction and drive additional sales, creating a complete journey from consideration to ownership.
