We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for ‘Best Customer Journey’ at this year’s DMA Awards for our work with IKEA Russia.
The DMA Awards span across 34 unique categories and are designed to reward campaigns for their use of innovation, creativity and data.
The category we have been shortlisted for, ‘Best Customer Journey’, looks for campaigns designed to deepen audience engagement, touchpoints and channels, and communicate a connected user journey.
Our work with IKEA Russia has been recognised for its impact and success in creating a multi-channel user journey that effectively engaged with the brands audience and took new customers through every step until conversion.
With this latest shortlist, our IKEA Russia – ‘Multi-channel Kitchen Purchase Journey’ has accrued four shortlist nominations across 3 prestigious award shows; The DMA Awards, The Database Marketing Awards and the Data Storytelling Awards. A testament to the hard work and ingenuity that has gone into this project.
The project combined a few different elements and combined a number of products, services and areas of experts we offer including CRM and Engagement, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence.
As part of the Ikano Group, we’ve collaborated with many IKEA branches and teams and more recently helped IKEA Philippines successfully launch the Family Loyalty Programme.
